The Forster Bar is a training aid intended to help perfect shifting of the wrists for bar skills such as clear hips, giants and back extension rolls.

The octagonal ends allow gymnasts to practice skills, such as a straight-arm backward roll. A rubber coating covers the bar, and gives a good grip, making the bar a safer training device. It should be in every gym that trains bar skills.

  • Octagonal ends are 13cm high
  • A rubber material covers the octogonal ends giving them a good grip on the floor
  • The bar is covered in a soft foam padding
