Each bar can be raised or lowered to three different heights using an easy pull knob system. These bars are made to last and feature a steel base with a solid wood bar. They’re great for training a variety of different gymnastic skills.

These bars also work well for training handstands, as being low to the ground they take the stress off the athletes’ wrists. Finally, these bars can be used individually as floor bars. The easy adjustments make these the ideal floor training bars for any gymnast.
