Tumbl Trak’s 3-in-1 Adjustable Handstand Canes are a fun tool to help improve handstand skills! Our version features a 30cm (dia.) round wooden base and solid smooth wooden blocks which can be adjusted to three different heights using interchangeable steel posts. What sets our product apart is the ability to adjust the spacing of the individual canes making it comfortable for users with varied shoulder widths.

Crafted with solid construction and thoughtful design, our 3-in-1 Adjustable Handstand Canes have a non-slip PPR rubber base for extra safety and stability. We have included a silicone gripper to make interchanging the steel posts a breeze. And, when you’re ready to practice on the go, simply pack them up in the convenient carrying bag.

Holding the blocks in handstand training will help improve grip strength similar to how a gymnast holds a bar or balance beam. Cheer flyers can improve hand-in-hand stunting skills safely before putting them in the air.
